Great Stay at Cabin in the Woods
5/5 Place is very clean and well equipped all around; kitchen, entertainment, linens, etc. Very convenient to hiking trails and downtown Blowing Rock was an easy 5 min drive. Loved sitting on the porch and listening to the water babbling in the background. We enjoyed smores by the fire pit every night. We had a fabulous stay!

Beautiful setting, lovely cabin
5/5 The cabin was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, convenient to the absolutely beautiful town of Blowing Rock; communication with the owners was very easy. The setting is wonderful. We loved going down the short hill to the creek, and loved reading on the spacious porch, listening to the rain. I will note that the gravel road to the cabin is a bit challenging; you'll need a high clearance vehicle. Do not expect internet or cell service. The owners have provided many DVDs and books for entertainment. We were there to hike and relax. Highly recommend Hellbenders for dinner, and hiking to the Linville Gorge/Falls. Yes, we'd recommend the cabin to friends, and yes, we'd return.
