Smooth and as advertised
5/5 The condo was in excellent condition and oceanfront. This unit in the Riggings is on the 3rd floor, so know that luggage hauling will be necessary. The Queen bed was soft and comfortable. All needed kitchen appliances were available. The only thing we needed that I didn't have was cooking spray. The living room couch has a pull out trundle for an additional small child's bed. We'd definitely stay again.
