Clean, short walk to the beach
4/5 We were impressed with how clean this property is. The walk to the beach is 3-5 min., however, you do cross Croatan Hwy.
The place felt inviting with a welcome note and bucket of treats, as well as board games.
Nice outdoor spaces with firepit and tables (though it was very hot/humid/rainy during our stay so we didn't get to take advantage of those) however decks are not covered. The hot tub is private and our teen girls enjoyed using it each evening.
Towels are limited, you may want to take your own to have enough clean towels for your stay as there is no washer/dryer.
Communication with host is excellent, quick replies.

- On your way to the beach, you’ll cross Croatan Hwy at a traffic light equipped with a marked, illuminated pedestrian crosswalk, ensuring a safe and convenient walk.
- For guest comfort, we provide a full set of linens: 6 beach towels, 6 bath towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, and 2 dish towels.
- Please be aware that our listing doesn't include a washer/dryer and it's not advertised in the listing photos or among the amenities, allowing guests to plan their stay accordingly.

5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and clean. We ran into an issue with the AC and the owners were easy to contact and had it fixed within a couple of hours. We would definitely stay again.
