1/5 The house was pretty dirty when we first arrived, the wifi name and password was wrong, one of the two Keurigs was broken. Outside at the "pool", there was only one railing, that happened to be broken. To make matters worse, there are cockroaches everywhere, and huge ones at that. Would never stay here again. The only thing I enjoyed about the house itself were the wrap around porches and the look out. If I could give this owner a negative rating, I would. It felt more like staying at a relatives house then a beach house, as there are family pictures hanging up everywhere which I found a little strange. It honestly looked like we traveled back in time to the 1970s bc everything seemed at least 50 years old.

-We would like all future guests to know that we do not provide linens upon arrival at the property. We recommend that you bring your own or that you arrange rentals. This is mentioned in the "About" section on our listing; we also provide phone numbers for linen rental companies if needed.

Miserable
1/5 I arrived at the property with no issues. I was unable to unpack however because there were a multitude of roaches in every room I entered. We left and got into a hotel. The local Repersentative accused me of the uncleanliness. Just rude. Evolve never returned my calls or emails to rectify the situation after my first complaint. Said I may not get a refund. I paid $4000.00 for a vacation home that I could not even stay at.
