First let me say that Brittany the contact was responsive. Other than that the worst stay I’ve ever had in a VRBO
1. Front door electronic lock never worked. Every time I left or returned I had to walk through a severely unkept backyard through a rolling gate that didn’t roll. The lawns look like they hadn’t been moved in months
2. Stocking- no soap or towels in the master bathroom. Had to hunt some down. No bath mat either. No paper towels in the kitchen. A Keurig was in the kitchen, but no coffee pods. Usually at least a couple are left out.
3. Beds- master bed was comfortable enough although very basic. No pillow cases on the pillows, just sham covers. The bunk bed in the 2nd guest bedroom had a ceiling fan dangerously close to the ladder. I wouldn’t let my twin granddaughters sleep there also they said the mattresses were thin and uncomfortable
4. General condition- master walk-incloset needed paint desperately and there wasn’t a single hanger. Also no dresser to put clothes in. I just left everything in my suitcase for 8 days. The master bathroom tolilet paper holder was yanked off the cabinet. Roll of toilet paper sits on the basin countertop. Living room couch… I always felt itchy if I sat on it more than 30 minutes. There was an old sack of potatoes under the sink and an open container of milk in the refrigerator.
And the icing on the cake. 2 nights of 8 I was woke up around 2am to a domestic disturbance at the neighbors. There heated arguments lasted about 2 hrs

Great location, good communication with property management and Paul, who quickly responded with a brief entry code problem. Property was exactly what we needed to spend time with our Marine. Our only concern was maybe putting a second Tv in the apartment, possibly master bedroom, overall would love to rent this one again since our son is stationed at Camp Lejeune. Thank you Paul, thank you Brandi.

Just what we were looking for! Close to Camp LeJeune, clean and cozy with all the amenities. Great communication throughout the process.
