  Never sent the confirmation packet. So we arrived n had to call n talk to ppl to gain access. Crumbs were on the kitchen floor when we arrived. The hose was running into the pool and the grass was a puddle of water. Canopy thing and pool was infested with lil frogs ( had them jump on my head). Grass could have been cut. The pool had algea( green) on the steps and the perimeter of the pool. Next day grill ran out of propane. Noone ever brought more after contacted.. oh n they circle the block round 930 n pull up outside in cars at 10 even if your packing your car or looking for your wallet in out case. Atleast address yourself !! Never again

  - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were both surprised and disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - We were confused by your comment about not receiving the "confirmation packet." Guests receive their check-in instructions via email prior to their stay, which provides the address of our property and the access code.
  - We have since followed up with our cleaning service to ensure they pay closer attention to detail so future guests do not share the same experience.
  - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Due to the backyard being surrounded by trees and being nearby to swamps, some critters are prevelant to the area such as the frogs. Although this is something completely outside of our control, we're truly sorry this happened during your stay. In regard to the "algae," we can assure you that this is not algae but a stain, we have tried to remove the stain but to no avail but will continue to try other methods.
  - We provide two propane tanks for the grill to ensure there is always a full tank available for our guests should one run out. After hearing your feedback and further investigation, the one connected to the grill was empty but the second one was full.
  - We will follow up with our cleaning service and request that they do not arrive at the property until after the check-out time.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Not bad for the money

  It wasn't bad but the dishwasher didn't work and we came prepared with dishwasher soap. You can definitely tell a single guy owns the house because it's a 4 bedroom house and it only has 2 beds. And the one bedroom has a trundle bed and it was broken. He does have a newly installed heater for the pool, but we couldn't use it because something is wrong with the wiring and we were told it could potentially damage the pool pump.

  - Thank you for choosing to stay in my home and leaving a review. Guest feedback is vitally important to me and the success of my vacation rental business.
  - As for the heating system for the pool, it is not available for guests yet, as I am actively working on renovating some electrical issues related to the electrical panel. This is to ensure the safety and proper functioning of the pool heater in the future.
  - Regarding the trundle bed, it's a "daybed" that can be pulled out from the bottom to create a queen-size bed. I wanted to provide flexibility in the room's setup, and I appreciate your feedback about the furniture arrangement.
  - The dishwasher issue is also being addressed, and I am actively working on fixing or replacing it to ensure future guests won't encounter any problems.

• Getaway

  The house was great, nice quite neighborhood. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Property manager very responsive and quick to fix any issues and question we had.

• Just what "WE" needed!

  JAZZ and I were completely happy to find this home as described, perfect for a nice, relaxing week filled with sunshine and peaceful tranquility! The house was super clean, all the essentials we needed ,the backyard was perfect for my FurSON/Service Animal. After reading previous reviews I was afraid it might not be "useable" BUT it was great!, lawn Guy came on Monday, very polite and did a great job! For me, the POOL!, wow, it was like bath water and I loved every moment in it!, Pool Guy came on Friday, again very polite!!!

  The owner reached out Saturday evening to assure we were in and everything was okay, very impressed with this!!!, the Property Mgr., Tristan also reached out to offer her assistance in any way. The neighborhood was nice, very lowkey, we enjoyed late evening walks, the neighbors were kind and respectful. I must mention on our last evening, I had auto issues (YIKES), the entire Team was so kind and helpful allowing "US" to wait for assistance, Cleaning team was kind and helpful. All around great stay! We only needed 1 bedroom/kitchen/back lawn and POOL, the house is a nice size for a larger group of Family/Friends! I really hope to visit again, so convenient to nearby beaches, being a history nerd, I loved the Lejeune Memorial Gardens! Thank you Team for a GREAT STAY!!!!

• So relaxing

  It was an easy process. The property manager was very helpful and answered all our question. The pool was great plenty of space to play and run.
