  It was an easy process. The property manager was very helpful and answered all our question. The pool was great plenty of space to play and run.

  When I read that there were security cameras on the property, it raised red flags. The neighborhood was a bit run down. The property needs TLC. The grass was very tall, and the weeds were taller. There was poison Ivy growing up the house and growing over the fence. The house was clean. But it reminds me of a bachelor pad, bare minimum and a little grungy. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels and blankets. But, the kitchen was well stocked and we ultimately had what we needed. The pool was great and clean. The kids really enjoyed swimming. But there was no playing in that yard.

  This was exactly what we wanted and it definitely delivered. One of the best vacation experiences we have had , we will definitely look into booking this one again. Everything from booking to leaving was very easy, thank you for allowing us to celebrate the 4th of July with our Marine.

• Jacksonville House with Pool

  the pool was great!! the house was not clean to me. There was pet hair everywhere. It coated the rugs and there were hairballs on the floor in different spots. The walls need to be cleaned and repainted. the bathrooms could use a huge update. Just not up to par with other places we have rented. The house had plenty of room for my family and the fenced in back yard was great.

  We booked this trip to enjoy the 4th of July with our Marine who is stationed at Camp Lejeune. This placed delivered perfectly. It was a no hassle process from the day we booked until the day we left. The house was exactly what we wanted and was exactly what was advertised. We have used evolve before and will continue. We would love to rent this again. Thank you for helping our stay memorable.
