  The amenities at this complex were great for our family. The snack bar was a great surprise for us and our kids. Very easy for a quick lunch.

• Amazing view but not ready for high season

  The condo has an amazing view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Location is convenient to restaurants and attractions in Atlantic Beach. For an overnight rate of $400+ we did expect more. The outlets in both bathrooms didn't work. Motorized blinds didn't work The coffee maker didn't have all it's parts - including a carafe. We thought we could get coffee at the on-site convenience store, but they weren't really sure how to make it. I was there one day for work, but no hangers made it hard with work clothes. For just casual wear there were plenty of drawers. Plenty of decent cookware and gadgets.

  I realize everyone is having staffing issues, but at that price point I didn't expect to find sand all over the floors and dog hair on the dining chair cushions. (since it's a pet free condo)

  We stay in a lot of rental properties around the state and unfortunately this wasn't on par for others of the same price point....but it does have that view!

  - From us here at Evolve, we do our best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area, using dynamic pricing that can fluctuate depending on the time of year.
  - Upon inspection, we found that the blinds are in good working order. They can be operated with the remote. The breaker for the bathroom outlets was tripped, but this has now been resolved.
  - We also looked into your comments about the coffee maker and found that it has all its parts and is functioning correctly. In addition to the coffee maker, we offer a Keurig, which is designed for single-serve cups of coffee and does not include a carafe.
  - We do offer hangers, but they have been taken by past guests despite our efforts to keep them stocked.
  - We shared your feedback about the cleanliness of the condo with our professional cleaning team. They're committed to thoroughly sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the unit to ensure it is free of sand and dirt, though it's possible some areas were missed. They also monitor closely for any signs of pets, as we have a strict no-pets policy, and no indications of pets were reported during your stay.
