    This was a nice place in a great location. It could have been a bit cleaner and was missing some basic amenities like extra toilet paper and detergent for the dish washer.

  • Run down and dirty

    Our first impression was complete disappointment. We walked in and almost walked out, and would have if it hadn’t been so expensive. For starters the entire complex looked run down, scaffolding in places, plywood covering areas, basically building deterioration. We were nervous about the structural integrity. Inside, the unit was filthy; dirty floors, hair balls in the closets and under the beds, stains and rips on the furniture, one bed we weren’t sure if sheets had been changed, stains and mold in showers, the railing on the outside deck wasn’t attached on one side, all in all a mess. The only advantages were the ocean view, pool, and location to the ocean. We won’t be back!

  • Mostly good

    We have stayed at Summer Winds a couple of times and this is a good unit. It was stocked with a lot of stuff I didn't expect. There were just some cleanliness things like- we found an old water bottle and some other things that were behind couch cushions, and it smelled a little bit of cigarette smoke when we arrived. Great view of the beach!
