5/5 I don’t know that I’ve ever had a better host. Barbara went above and beyond for our trip and made sure the house was clean and ready. She left a goody bag not only for us but our dog as well. The house is super close (right across the street) from a private beach entrance only used for a couple of houses. I would/will stay here again. We visit every year and this place ranks at the top.
5/5 We have rented from VRBO for years and never stayed in a house so well equipped for guests. The owner was very responsive and left us a very thoughtful gift basket! There wasn't one thing we looked for that we couldn't find to make our stay perfect. Access to the beach was visible from the porch. The proximity to the grocery store was minutes away. The neighborhood was fantastic for a daytime walk toward the sound. I can't say enough great things about the property, location and owner!

Home away from home
5/5 Absolutely would stay again! The host is fantastic....so nice, excellent communication and she really has thought of everything! If we thought we may have left something at home...she had it there for us...even for the dogs! The dogs enjoyed their stay and getting a few romps on the beach, which is just across the street, hanging out on the porch and potty breaks in the dog run. Our 2yo nephew had just about everything he needed as well! It was so nice to arrive and be ready to hit the beach.Comfortable home with everything you need. Convenient to the beach and a few blocks from the bridge to local shops, restaurants and ice cream shops everywhere! We hope to make this an annual trip for our family and would definitely come back to 1 Happy Turtle!

5/5 It was our 4th time staying here and love this house. The memories shared are ones I’ll remember forever! We love the house and the amount of space you have. Love that it is dog friendly! Has everything you need!
