Great location and front porch home for a weekend getaway. Weather was great and home worked for what we needed. Spent most of time outside and interior of home was adequate. Master bed is not a king as it’s 2 doubles pushed together and property could use some updates but again, very good location and price. Manager/owner very responsive and enjoyed our stay.

A storybook home in a perfect location. Comfortable, spacious, clean, nicely decorated, attention to detail. Felt like home. Deck in sunshine extra feature. Loved this place!

We spent two quiet weeks in this beautiful cabin in the forest, with downtown Highlands only a short drive away. The cabin is very well taken care of and very clean. We will certainly come back.

Emailed day before trip the internet was out. Our work requires internet. Was told it was going to be addressed by Friday between 8-12. Gave them the benefit of the doubt it would be managed, so proceeded with the rental. Arrived at 4pm for check in. There was no running water, only pink winterizing liquid would come out of the faucets and toilets. Notified the host that due to our tight work schedule I would need to make other housing arrangements as running water to shower and use the bathroom was an immediate necessity for myself and my team. They could not confirm when the water would be back on. I was not given an option to cancel after arriving and finding that there was no running water. I was also never notified if the internet outage was ever addressed. I had to pay an additional $300 more than my budgeted amount to find day-of lodging. I have been refunded $35 for this disaster after requesting to be refunded or allowed to cancel after finding there was no running water and never being notified if the internet was restored. This was a major logistical and financial nightmare and not only will I never book this house again, I will not use Evolve. NO ONE should have to WAIT AND SEE if their rental house's water will come on, they should IMMEDIATELY be given the opportunity to cancel to find a safe place to stay.
