5/5 This townhome was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was really close to High Point University, which made it very easy to go back-and-forth to all the events we were attending. The townhome was very clean and inviting. It was stocked with everything we could need while we were visiting. The hoscommunicate with. Irecommend

HPU Alumni Weekend
5/5 Normally my friends and I stay at a hotel for Alumni weekend. This was the best decision booking this condo for the weekend. Loved the space and the HPU touches. Will most definitely be booking for 2025!

Perfect Place for HPU Parent 💜
5/5 I was needing a place for move in weekend for my daughter at HPU and knew I didn’t want to be in a hotel after being around so many people all day. This place was perfect! Very cozy, quiet and perfectly stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need or have forgotten (I forgot my toothbrush and they had plenty) I cut my finger at move in, there was a first aid kit! Beds and sofa both very comfortable Location is very convenient to the college and all the local restaurants! I have stayed at several hotels in the area and this was by far much cleaner too, this will definitely be my first choice from here on out. The hosts were in contact to make sure everything was okay and have been great and very friendly, all the people at the condo area were also very friendly that I came in contact with…highly recommend

5/5 We had an amazing HPU graduation experience! This lovely condo was very convenient to the mall for the graduation shuttle, centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores and was in very quiet area.
