PROPERTY ADDRESS:

- The road leading to the cabin is steep. Please proceed with caution
- Upon turning onto Bristol Road from Tusquittee Road, please continue for approximately 1 mile until you see a yellow and black sign for ‘Caesars Cove’ on the right side of the road. Turn here and continue straight up the mountain to the end of this road. Then, take a right and proceed until you reach a fork in the road. At this fork, go left, and the cabin driveway will straight ahead

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is on an inside trail of the front porch. The code is 7918
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Start a laundry load with the used towels
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Set the heat to 55 degrees in the winter and the A/C to 80 degrees in the summer
- If you have moved any furniture or belongings, please return them to their original places
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
