Wonderful stay
5/5 The property is beautifully kept. It was lovely, serene and relaxing. We enjoyed the fresh mountain air, clean space and quietness. There was a slight issue with the AC unit and the gate, but the property owners were right on it and resolved it quickly. I appreciated their communication throughout, and one of the owners driving 2 hours to the property to fix the issue and ensure that we were comfortable. That made all the difference for my family and I. We will definitely return.

Beautiful grounds; super clean; odd arrangement
4/5 We had a lovely time and especially appreciated the Evolve contact person, who was so responsive. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the grounds were gorgeous. The only glitch was that the common area (kitchen and main tv room) were not connected to the bedrooms, requiring that you go outside to get there for meals, coffee, etc. We didn't expect this, and it was raining, so it was inconvenient. Also the kitchenettes in each bedroom were not stocked with dishes or utensils, so it wasn't practical to meet and spend time in one another's rooms for snacks or meals. This glitch was the exception, as I stated. The place really was perfectly clean and very comfortable, located close to hiking at Fires Creek and a short drive to Hayesville, where there are great restaurants and some shopping. Thanks so much, Evolve! We always rent through your management company in north Georgia!
