Horrible experience
1/5 Owner has acces to the rented territory and no lock or privacy screens on the rented side. He may enter as pleased. No transperancy in the property description. Smell of cigarettes was terrible, no bedsheets or towels were provided.
Property felt unclean, bed smelling and unsafe.
We arrived at 2 am tn the morning and immediately left the property. Booked the motel instead.

We're glad to hear you found alternate accommodations that worked better for your trip. We'd like to clarify that the unlocked door separating the upstairs and downstairs areas was an honest oversight during our very first rental of the season, and we've since installed a hasp and padlock on the guest side to ensure added privacy and security. We also want to note that fresh sheets and towels were provided in the designated closet along with other guest supplies. While no smoking had occurred in the unit, we understand concerns about odor can impact a stay. Since this visit, subsequent guests have had very positive experiences, and we remain committed to offering all our guests great stays.
Amazing and relaxing stay among live oak trees
5/5 What a beautiful place! My husband and I stayed there with our little dog for a few days right before Memorial Day.
The condo was spotless, decks were inviting and the host was available for everything we needed. Peaceful spot nestled among live oak trees and also very pet friendly. Jasper became fast friends with the owner’s dog.
We were very close to a beach access. Also walking distance to a pizza place. The rental had everything we needed.
We will be back soon!
