    Property was infested with black ants. All over the counters in the kitchen. There were some large roaches in the living room. When we went to do some laundry there was a load of soured linens in the dryer. The house was very spacious and the kitchen had a fair amount of amenities. The large fenced in yard and screened in porch were a plus. I received checkin instructions via email, but no door code. I was only able to get the code after calling the sixth time on the day of check in. Overall the experience wasn't bad but I expected more for what I paid.

    The house was wonderful. Delay in email for check and out. Sent text to property manager for WIFI password, nothing sent back. We did find the password which is listed on the bottom of the router. The house was very nice and comfortable. Neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Instructions on refrigerator said to take trash out on trash day- trash day not listed. On the Saturday night before checking out on Sunday email was received with check in and out instructions. Trash instructions were take to landfill which didn’t open until 1PM on Sunday. We left trash at curbside of house. A better option needs to be made for that. A cleaning fee was included in the price of rental so property manger needs a better solution.

    Our family enjoyed the spacious house overall. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with essentials, the neighborhood was quiet. At the beginning there was a lack of check in information, but that was quickly resolved once we had the property managers info. She was great at Texting/calling back quickly. The house definitely could have been a bit cleaner. The floors needed a good mop, and corners and ceiling fans needed dusting. The only other complaint is that the tub/shower combo faucet was loose and we couldn't get the hot water to work in that bathroom. We all just ended up taking showers in the other bathroom, which had great pressure! Overall, the property served well for what our family needed.
