Close proximity / Overpriced for what you get
2/5 The good:
The location is excellent, an easy walk to downtown and the stadium, which made getting around very convenient.
The bad:
Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, there was trash left in the bin and dirty dishes in the cabinet. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring a key pickup from one location and entry through another door, which could have been clearly explained in advance.
Inside, the home felt dated and poorly maintained. The appliances were noisy and appeared quite old, and several areas showed visible wear. When we reached out to the management team regarding a pricing discrepancy with the pet fee, communication was slow and unhelpful.
At approximately $400 per night after fees, the property should have been spotless, well maintained, and supported by clear, responsive communication.

4/5 The house was nice. I didn’t like about stripping the beds because you pay a cleaning fee. I couldn’t get a response from the host at all. I hadn’t received my code to get in. It is close to everything which is nice. And TVs in each room was a nice touch. Thank you
