  • No Customer Service at all


    Stove didnt work and we emailed & called in only to be given a cleaning man phone number. Put garbage out like the check out instructions said to do only to receive 7 calls and emails to move it back in. Very unprofessional. House was very dark and just taped together.

    -Our property is designed for residential use, and we regret any inconvenience caused during your stay. We understand there were issues with the stove, and we assure you that it was fully functional just three days prior, as confirmed by the previous guest. Additionally, we want to clarify that the property is not intended for catering businesses. It came to our attention that the property was used for such purposes, leading to damages to the stove and other issues. We have photographic evidence of the damages caused by the removal of oven racks and the deterioration of stove elements.
    -It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the handling of trash. Our property instructions clearly state that trash should be placed in the two provided cans located at the rear of the property and rolled to the front for pickup. Unfortunately, there was an incident where trash was left in front of the neighbor's house, prompting our intervention. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the request to relocate the trash to its designated area.
    -We appreciate your feedback on the property's condition, and we want to assure you that the house is maintained to the best standards. Regarding the property's lighting, each room is equipped with ceiling lights, and lamps are provided in all rooms except the kitchen. We strongly encourage guests to contact their designated guest contact while in residence if any issues arise, allowing us to address concerns promptly and ensure a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, without prior notification to us or the local team, we were unable to promptly address your concern and provide a swift resolution.
    -Furthermore, we observed misuse of the property, such as leaving behind catering supplies and setting off alarms, resulting in police activity, additional costs, and disturbances to neighbors. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own.

    We highly value your feedback, and we are grateful for the chance to address these concerns. Our commitment to offering a clean and comfortable environment for our guests remains a top priority, and we will persist in our efforts to ensure an exceptional stay for all those who choose our accommodations.

    There were Ants by the Kitchen/Dining Room breakfast bar and on the counter by the sink (which was near the breakfast bar.The front door that works off the keypad needs adjusting - it does not lock without playing around with the door.The AC needs to be fixed - warm Friday night and Saturday afternoon and night.Suggestions- taller lamp or table in living room- small table in master bedroom- I would switch the 2 beds making the master a lot nicer- better quality wash clothes - Maybe another chair in the living room.

  • Needs help


    Not enough seating in den. Not enough towels at all. AC could not keep up upstairs. Every evening it was over 80 degrees when we arrived home every night. Clean amd nice otherwise.
