Simple, practical, clean, and comfortable. Met all of our needs from location to comfort. Would highly recommend this place and will certainly stay here again.
An older house, but very clean; because it was older, things did not work as expected --- but they were relatively "minor", e.g., some kitchen outlets, doorknobs were difficult to operate, ceiling fan in one of the rooms didn't work.A lot of the above would have been acceptable had the overall price been less - that's the bottom line. For what we paid, it was disappointing.A caveat - this property listed on VRBO but there was an email from (I figured out later) a management company, Evolve, with all the details. I was very confused as I'd never dealt with anyone but an owner before. In the end, the property was 10% more ($221) than I thought it was going to be because of a "service charge" to VRBO.The price difference changed our expectations. An issue came up with the toilet paper provided - we didn't feel it was enough and I contacted our "Guest Contact" Nicholas who responded they would have more dropped off. On Thursday, he updated the info to "additional tissue should arrive on or before Saturday." Sunday night was our last night, so we just bought our own. It seems petty, but for the amount we ended up paying - we couldn't understand how a local contact would not have just picked up tp and dropped it off at the property instead of ordering it to be delivered by Amazon 3 days later and 1 day before we left.Judging by other properties that our friends were staying at, we could have done much better for the price we paid.

This house is super cute. Love the fact that it’s built in 1937. Love it. The house had everything we needed. We are a family of seven, 2 adults 5 kids and we fit great. House was clean and cool upon our arrival during the humidity and heat. Within walking distance to eateries and parts of downtown. Definitely recommend this quaint property.

The house was great. It had all the amenities and was very clean. It's in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you
My husband and I came to Greensboro to celebrate the grand opening of my daughter and son-in-laws new bar/restaurant NEIGHBORS. The location was perfect, the house was spotless, check in was easy. Loved sitting on the front porch and just hanging out to relax. The furniture was nice and comfortable. We will certainly be back.
