Great pool and backyard!
5/5 Communication was great and quick. Owner really seemed to care about our stay. Had a great time except the bedroom listed as 2 queens was not 2 queens and not really a bedroom. There was no dressers or closets and there was a queen trundle with a single pullout underneath. It all worked out but would have liked 2 actual queen beds. We had an amazing time and would stay again!

Homecoming weekend
4/5 Beautiful home. Came in town to celebrate GHOE with my daughter at North Carolina A&T. I hosted her Girl Scout Troop friends and family. Everyone enjoyed this home and was very comfortable. The pool was an amazing site. The weather was nice but not warm enough to take a swim. We are looking forward to staying here again May 2026.
Family stay
4/5 In town for family wedding and had multiple adult children/spouses with us. Overall it was a very nice home and well maintained, located in a quiet neighborhood. The number of bath towels was limited for the capacity of the home. The pool was open but heater was not working so it was too cold to swim, however, pool patio was a nice area for gathering. Our only complaint was difficulty with communication. We have stayed in many short - term rentals and always communicated directly with owner, via the app but this time a third party management company made it difficult as they wanted us to “sign-up” with them and we preferred to communicate thru VRBO. Will not rent from owners affiliated with this “well-known” third party again All said though, we really enjoyed our stay at the home.

Attended family wedding and had our grown children staying with us.
4/5 House plenty big with good flow. Could use another bathroom considering size/#houseguests allowed. Could also use more towels and dish towels. Pool was lovely and we enjoyed sitting by it on sunny day but it was not heated so only the boldest swam. Very clean. Working with Evolve group added additional unappreciated layer.
Wedding weekend
5/5 We couldn’t have been happier with this beautiful home. The pool was a big hit with the kids and we loved how spacious and beautiful the entire house was. We were visiting for a wedding and this home was very close to the wedding venue as well as many restaurants and grocery stores ect. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We have family in the area and will definitely consider renting this place next time we visit.
