I reached out to property management multiple times and got no assistance.
1. Front door to the guest house wouldn’t lock
2 Heat to the guest house would not regulate properly
3. We could not get consistent hot water to bathe our infants.
4. ROACHES were found in the fridge.
I took a chance with Evolve rather then Airbnb and will never make the mistake again. We had to take our children and leave for a hotel the day prior due to not being able to bathe our children and the roaches. Property management/owners seem to not care.
We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. The homeowner would like to address your concerns:
- We’re currently assessing the front door of the guest house, which may not have worked properly due to extremely low temperatures. We're looking into adjusting or replacing it.
- The guest house heating struggled to maintain temperature in the recent cold snap, so we’re scheduling a re-inspection to ensure it's operating as it should.
- We’re also investigating the water heater to determine why consistent hot water wasn’t available and will resolve any underlying issues.
- Regarding the report of roaches, we’ve had ongoing professional treatments and have not seen any prior signs. Our pest control provider has already re-treated the property to be proactive.
