• Beautiful Home

  Loved our stay at this beautiful home. Very well appointed, had everything we needed. The community that this home is in is amazing! We played mini golf, hit some balls at the driving range and even did some swinging at the park. We will definitely be back to stay at this home but will try late Spring or early Fall next time so we can really enjoy all the amenities the home has to offer as well as the community. The porch and fireplace was so relaxing and the view was spectacular. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

• Christmas in the mountains

  My family stayed for a few days over Christmas and couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The house was immaculate and fully equipped with everything we needed. The house is in a great community and just a short distance to Highlands and downtown Cashiers. The best part is we were able to bring our dogs and they didn’t have to get left at home! Highly recommend

• Beautiful Home With A Great View!

  We have been staying/renting in Chinquapin for many years and this home is one of our favorites! This home has it all....comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, outdoor kitchen, a large screened in porch with a beautiful view, and plenty of fun/games in the basement. We plan to return to this home for sure!

  We just returned from staying in this gorgeous home for a week-long vacation. It exceeded our expectations! It was super clean and spacious, and the décor was gorgeous and yet so very comfortable. We instantly felt right at home. The appliances were high-end, and the home was well stocked with everything you could ever imagine needing. The reservation and check-in/out processes went very smoothly, and we were updated with necessary information via the rental company.

  There is more than ample space for a large/extended family with bedrooms spaced out on all three levels. There is a huge porch with a fireplace and dining table, that has a stunning view of the mountains. Beautiful views out every window! Immensely peaceful and relaxing. Great game room for a fun family night in on the downstairs level.

  Some of the other fun amenities included: putt-putt golf, a driving range, tennis courts and pickle ball, all within walking distance. Numerous walking trails as well just a step outside the door.

  We enjoyed several local restaurants that were worthy of making the trip out (The FIX, Whiteside Brewing, Slabtown Pizza, Las Margaritas and The Orchard). Ingle’s grocery store was nearby for necessities.

  We plan to make a return trip here and I highly recommend others choosing this home for a perfect vacation in the NC mountains. The fall foliage should be amazing here!
