We enjoyed staying at this house. The accommodations fit our needs perfectly between the 3 families that included 5 kids. Our only issues were there was no water pressure and the air conditioning was not working properly. We called the property manager and she came out promptly. We found out that there was one well between the 4 houses located together. All 4 houses were rented out so there was a strain on the well. As for the A/C, she tried a few things but it never cooled off. Stayed around 77-78. Fortunately between the ceiling fans and an oscillating fan we made it through our stay.
We visited this cabin with our entire family of 12. Just walking through the door validated our vacation choice of a place to stay. The cabin was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful views, peaceful area. Perfect for what we needed. The only thing I would have asked for would have been a toddler gate for the stairs. I would not hesitate to stay here again. PS... the people in the community were very friendly.

An absolutely gorgeous experience all-around. From the moment you start ascending up the mountain, you get a breathtaking view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Two layers of gated security to get to the cabin itself, which gives you strong peace of mind for your stay.
The cabin itself is beautiful, with a tremendous view of the mountains. Impressively clean & modern on the inside as well, so it still has an at-home feel to it. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 people which is great for big families. The hot tub on the bottom deck is a nice touch for a relaxing evening hangout spot to watch the sunset over the mountains. There's also a communal fire pit between the neighboring cabins as well.
It was a very relaxing experience for our family & we'll be making a habit of it after our stay. 5/5, would recommend.
First of all, the cabin wasn’t even clean. We kept finding other belongings all through the cabin, including food left in the kitchen and a used coffee filter that was left in the Keurig. Secondly, we were told not to use the fire pit because there was a “No burn” order in place, but the cabin that shared the fire pit had it lit. Thirdly, the microwave and the stove had a glitch. Every time we had to use the microwave, we had to unplug it and plug it back up. And the stove wouldn't heat up half the time. Lastly, we went to use the grill and the propane tank was empty, with no extra tank. I reached out to the cabin contact who said he would get someone out there - I inquired about how long it would take because we needed the grill to cook our dinner. After he kept giving us the runaround, he said that the lady that was bringing it had to be done cleaning the house that she was at by 4:00 so ideally, she would be to us shortly after. After it became close to 5:30, I reached out to him AGAIN, and he just ignored me.. literally didn’t even respond and wouldn’t answer the phone. Eventually, we finally got the tank around 6:30 which was super annoying because we paid to stay here, so we shouldn’t have to wait for something that was suppose to already be there. ALSO, they didn’t leave us any additional toilet paper .. just the toilet paper that was on the roll (which wasn’t even a full roll in NONE of the bathrooms), and that was it. If you have a 4BR cabin that sleeps 12 people, what makes you think that half a roll of toilet paper in 4 bathrooms is enough for a 3 night stay?! The lady that was bringing the propane tank was suppose to bring more toilet paper for us but she took so long that we eventually had to go buy more. Also, the foosball table balls were missing.. and the contact just said “they should be in there somewhere”. We looked everywhere and eventually found them the last night but it was annoying because we had children that wanted to play the game and they didn’t even make sure that things were where they were suppose to be before letting another family stay there. It was just plain out ridiculous.. I felt like they did the bare minimum and it really was unfortunate because the cabin itself is super nice but because of all of these issues, I will never return.

- Guests can rest assured that the firepit is available for guest use and is shared among the other three homes.
- We prioritize the condition of our amenities and we're sorry for the microwave issue. We understand the concern and have already ordered a replacement, which should be in place for the next guest. In addition, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the empty propane tank. The previous guest left the propane tank valve open, and to ensure efficiency, our Guest Contact immediately replaced it.
- For guest use, our cleaner typically ensures there are sufficient toilet paper rolls. If there is any shortage, we will ensure our cleaners leave additional rolls out.

Very disappointed - advertised as pool - pump broken and unable to use - Water pressure so bad that all had to either shower in lower level or take a bath to use a bowl to rinse hair. Advertised as private - not - 2 other cabins right next to each other - Did not disclose firepit shared with other cabins - would not rent again or recommend
