    HORRIBLE IS THE BEST I CAN SAY! The person who owns this home, should be ashamed. Left my Family driving throughout the night in search of a bed. It was so horrible, the worst hotel you could imagine was better than this.

    The house shows good in the pictures but not in person. When we arrived the house was filthy, dusty, dirty, the toilets were not cleaned. The owner lives in the basement below, always there, little weird my wife did not want to stay in fact wanted to cut our stay short. the front deck is not completed and if you have little kids I would be careful the slots in the railing is not completed. It states washer and dryer but the dryer didn't work he was waiting on the heating element and Amazon was backed up for delivery for 5 days we were there, hmmm. He said we could dry our clothes in his dryer, just a little strange so we used my sons washer and dryer who lived 15 miles away. We had to stay out of the house for 1 full day for the cleaning lady which I had to get to clean before we would move in. Do not get misled by the pictures, it has potential but until the owner gets it together and finishes the property to a VRBO standard I wouldn't rent here again and it states that the property manager (owner) lives in the basement and travels most of the time, i doubt that, i think he lives in the house when it is not rented. just an FYI!

  • Nice location BUT Ac upstairs not working stove not working construction toools laying around

    - [ ] Trash can not empty day one

    - [ ] Ac upstairs not working temp up to 88 degrees upstairs

    - [ ] Both days we arrive at the rental and a man ( Ac tech maintenance person) is working upstairs on Ac for several hours

    - [ ] Our group is 5 15 years old girls and 2 adults

    - [ ] The Ac situation and Ac person working upstairs made the upstairs unusable for our girls

    - [ ] We all took showers using the bathroom on the first floor

    - [ ] Day one stove does not work no flame coming out eventually it does but not enough power to boil pasta

    - [ ] We ended up cooking downstairs where the owner lives and eating dinner at 10:30pm

    - [ ] Laundry machine full of dirty towels from owner cannot use

    - [ ] Girls claim stink bugs and other bugs flying around upstairs

    - [ ] Steve the owner did everything possible to help the situation but unfortunately the Ac and stove could not be repaired

    - [ ] Late check out was granted that was nice

    - [ ] Internet was out until late Sunday night

    - [ ]

    Hulu was not working no tv at all

    The house looks very much still under construction see pictures there are tools laying around every where making it unsafe for us to enjoy

    I love the house and I would gladly recommend it to my family and friends, anyone for that matter. Beautiful views, beautiful house inside and outside. Plenty of room and all the amenities you need. The house is not far from town and stores. Waterfalls and tubing nearby also. Lots to do and see.
