3/5 The house was cold. We didn’t appreciate the temperature being turned down on us causing the house to be almost unbearably cold at night. I will make sure future rentals do not have a thermostat maintained by the property manager.

3/5 To be honest, we were a little disappointed with the home compared to the photos on the app. When we went inside, it smelled musty so we thought it would help to open windows but they were all painted shut. The AC would not adjust so it stayed warm. The backyard fire pit table did not work. The thing that was most disappointing was the mold on the shower liner. It was in no way as bright and clean as the photos represented. Worked fine for a short stay but would not return.

2/5 Our stay was rather tedious. The kitchen was scarcely stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Also the backyard was full of debris and fence was falling down. AC was controlled by owner and had to be set by him several times. Beds had no mattress covers on them and sheets were extremely thin. I was told I paid no pet deposit but on my end it showed I did. Many lights were no working throughout the house. There was no remote for downstairs TV we purchased one. The upstairs tub was leaking down to the second bathroom. I also purchased a stopper for the upstairs tub.
