• Close to everything, but needs some help!

  My family and I stayed in the unit, all and all we had a fond experience. There are a few issues that we encountered that may have changed my decision to reserve this particular property.

  1. Property is not a single family residence, it is a shared property with a small apartment that is completely separate from the home. The owner said it is stated in the initial ad, I however do not remember reading this, but it really was not a issue.

  2. Appliances are old and in disrepair. The washer is missing the settings knob and is quite loud. The dishwasher controls cannot be accessed due to the space to the counter and smells.

  3. Hot water in the guest bath is hit and miss.

  4. We had several uninvited guests in the form of palmetto bugs that visited the space, I believe this is due to the poor landscaping in the back yard. The grass was quite tall and there was piles of yard waste.

  The location was great and the house has real potential. It is well updated and clean just needs some more tender loving care.

  - The listing does state that there is another bookable vacation rental on-site; the driveway is shared with this unit and other travelers may be present during your stay, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
  - Our cleaning team works hard to make sure that the home is free of any critters that occasionally enter if doors are left open. We have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from these issues.
  - We do our best to keep the outdoor area clean, however, if there are a few days between guest check-out and the next check-in, it is certainly possible for Mother Nature to affect the outdoor area once our cleaning crew has left.
  - All of the appliances are currently in great condition and ready for guests to use. The controls are pretty standard for all the appliances but we are sorry to hear that you experienced some issues.
  - We always work with guests if issues arise and apologize that we were unable to come to the resolution you were hoping for based on the documentation provided.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  Everything was very clean, spacious and convenient. Would stay again when im in the area.

  I was concerned about the property not having any reviews but our experience was beyond our expectations. The home was clean, quiet and our host Edwin went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Edwin!
