It was Fine
4/5 I was disappointed that the entrance was not easily accessible due to the tree roots. Management offered use of the garage but this solution did not help. The yard was unkempt and not as appeasing to the eye as it seemed in the photos. This paired with the challenging entrance felt unsettling. Inside layout was great. AC was disturbingly loud and I had to wipe down surfaces. Company good with communications as usual. Yes, I saw a bear!

From the owner: "There are three roots on the right side of the garage. The left side is smoother, and accessing the garage is quite easy, which is why we promote it. We experienced a lot of rain before their arrival, resulting in overgrown grass. This is not typical, but I appreciate their feedback. As for the air conditioning, there isn't much that can be done; I haven't received that comment before. I'm glad they were able to see the area safely!"
Thanksgiving Stay in Fairview
4/5 Our family had a fantastic stay in Casa Orla. The house was bignenough for all four of us, plus room for more. The property was very clean and well appointed including both linnens and kitchen implements. We were able to put together a whole Thanksgiving Dinner without skimping on cookware. Fenced yard was perfect for our four legged family member. Property manager was extremely responsive. Only issue was getting from the driveway to the front door at night, it is dark out there, and the lighting was not great on the path. Ultimately addressed, but was initially a bit difficult. Very minor issue though. Best part of the trip, as we were esting Thanksgiving Dinner a bear trundled through the yard. So cool. We highly recommend Casa Orla!
