Perfect getaay with friends
5/5 Very comfortable place close to most activities in Ashville. It was located on a winding road, so it may be an issue in the winter, with ice and snow unless you have a vehicle that can handle these type of conditions.
House was well appointed with everything you could need (including coffee/tea/olive oil!) and very comfortable.
I would visit again.

Fairview/Asheville Damily Holiday
5/5 Very pleased with the property although it is a bit off the beaten path. Only issue we had was with the steep stairs to the second floor living space which proved to be a minor challenge for my elderly father. (he was not expected to join us but changed his mind at the last minute). Otherwise the property was very comfortable and accomodating. Check in was easy. Minor issue with door lock that was more my issue from my traveling exhaustion. Overall very pleased and would recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway!
5/5 What a nice, quiet, private getaway! We loved the fenced-in backyard and all the special touches to made us (and our dog) feel so welcome. The place had everything we needed and the host was very kind, responsive, and attentive.
We visited Biltmore two days in a row, which was only a 15-minute drive away. We were also very close to the Carolina Avian Research Education center and wanted to visit but didn't have time. (We had been there before and highly recommend the tour!)
I would definitely recommend this rental. It was comfy, spacious, extra-clean, and well maintained. We will stay at this property again if we have the opportunity. A big thank you to our wonderful host!

5/5 We had an excellent visit together celebrating Thanksgiving. The home was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location was convient to many activities. Would visit here again.
