Check In was difficult, I messaged the host a couple of times prior to arrival for a code to the door with no response and then had to call with no service, and wait on hold for several minutes. The cabin was clean and welcoming. Very quiet and peaceful there. We saw deer in the mornings while drinking coffee and my son learned to fish in the little catch & release pond . A great location to unplug.

From the owner: “I'm sorry you had trouble with the check-in. I thought the rental company had been pretty good at getting the code to the guest. It seems you may have reached out to Evolve or the booking platform directly, cause I personally did not have any messages from you. Other than the check-in, it sounds like you enjoyed your time. Glad to hear that. I hope you will come back again.”
We enjoyed our peaceful getaway at your cabin. We did drive around some and hiked Stone Mountain one day. Mostly, we relaxed and enjoyed God's beautiful creation. lt's so peaceful here and we loved sitting on the porch (a hummingbird visited) and at the fire ring listening to the night noises. The crickets were singing and a toad was croaking in the pond. Thank you for your hospitality and for sharing your wonderful family history and reclaimed cabin with us!
