CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The townhome is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be 9939
- To lock the door to the townhome, press the check mark only
- You must stop at the Emerald Isle Homeowner Services office (9106 Coast Guard Rd, Unit B, Emerald Isle, 28594) to check-in before proceeding to the unit
- Before your trip, please reach out to the Guest Contact to coordinate your arrival time and receive any additional check-in instructions
-If checking in AFTER-HOURS please use the lockbox (the Teal Door) to the left of the windows to retrieve your Guest packet.
AFTER-HOURS:
1. Enter code 0121
2. Turn door handle to open
3. Your Guest Packet will have your name.
4. Door will Auto-lock after 30 sec.
5. Please TEXT your name and unit number to 910-459-3186 to confirm check in.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Please do not strip the beds, housekeeping will do this for you
- Place all used towels in a pile in the closest bathroom
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Upon departure please return your guest packet to the office. If you are leaving after business hours please leave your guest packet in the metal drop box to the right of the door
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
