Firstly, the good:
the condo is new and decorated nicely. It is close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and stores. The elevator is very slow but a nice addition. Surrounding area seemed safe and the beach is clean and family friendly.
The bad:
Unit was not very clean. Corners have built up dust, backsplash around oven had splatter, showers had soap scum. Decorative pillows on beds and couches were dirty. You are charged almost $350 for a cleaning. The unit did not reflect that especially since you are expected to leave the unit clean upon departure.
Air in primary bedroom barely worked and the bedding on this bed had multiple holes, pillows had no protectors and had loads of stains on them.
The unit is right above a pizza restaurant and close to a bar which get noisy at night and can be heard loudly during the day from the bedroom. The noise comes through the floor. This didn’t disrupt our sleep but certainly worked against any sort of relaxing beach vibes.
Unit has basically no supplies including ones they expect you to use while departing like taking out trash (no bags) and running the dishwasher (no soap). I know a lot of these type of rentals don’t include much but this was much more bare than previous places we’ve stayed at.
For the price that this place commands which is hefty with the fees and taxes, we expected more.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. A great place to entertain! The elevator is convenient to navigate three levels. Make sure to have baby gates if traveling with little ones. The main balcony on the third floor offers a great view of the ocean. The condo complex is situated directly across the street from a public access beach location with lifeguards on duty... just a short walk to get your toes in the sand! The complex has an unusual layout as the majority of the entryways are on the inside of the complex. There are two walkways to provided parking, however you must walk around the complex to get out to the shops below or to go to the beach. Not a big deal, but a little cumbersome with children and beach materials in tow. Also, make sure to have a small supply of tiolet paper, laundry detergent, and dish detergent on hand as these items are scarce. Overall, a beautiful place to vacation!!
Overall, the unit and complex were nice and just a short walk from the beach. Good location and easy to get to restaurants, Publix, and activities. However, although the unit had been cleaned, the bathrooms still had signs of previous use. Kitchen and supplies were very minimal/almost empty, and we had to buy soap/paper towels/toilet paper/dish soap/trash bags. As a note for families with small kids, the condo is three levels. This wasn’t clear to us from the listing and we stayed with our 17 month old. There were also times of day when we could hear a lot of noise from the pizza place directly below.

The condo was great. Perfect spot close to the beach. With plenty to do surrounding it.
I would have liked the house to offer normal supplies though. They left us with less than a roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, nothing of that sort.
I’ve always stated a rental with enough to ge through the first few days.
They asked to start the dishwasher upon leaving, but didn’t leave detergent!
