4/5 The house was very clean and well accommodated, the property manger was very quick to respond. There was an issue with the air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms and they promptly installed window units to correct the issue. The only issue we had was there was a neighbor behind the house that kept his large dog outside in a doghouse and it barked most of the night. This was very annoying and made it difficult to sleep. Not sure what the owner/property manger can do about this. It's hard to believe that people still treat their dogs like this.

Comfortable house
5/5 Comfortable house- beds awesome! Bathrooms great - need to leave extra toilet paper and tissue for those staying longer trips - kitchen well equipped but there was only one coffee and no cream/sugar. Family room cozy - loved the couch blankets!

Wonderful place with great location
5/5 We were in Durham due to a hospital stay at Duke University Hospital. The house was close to the hospital, clean, well-decorated and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. It was a wonderful place for us to rest and recharge.
