• Amazing stay at the Tree house!

  We had such a wonderful stay at this cute treehouse studio! We loved being surrounded by big trees and watching the birds every morning. We walked every morning to an amazing paved walking trail steps from the front door. It's location is amazing, close to downtown so we could easily Uber to a Bull's game. Super close to 9th street so I could go to yoga and grab coffee or grocery shop after ( within a few minutes drive from the house). You couldn't ask for a better location for golfing either, my husband went many times down the road to Hillandale course. So many good restaurants close by too. Shelley and Ty were absolutely fabulous hosts, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The space was well thought out and had everything we needed. The deck was perfect to sit and relax with a cup of coffee and a good book. We didn't want to leave! Highly recommend staying here!

• The Best Tiny Home One Could Ask for!

  Where to begin! The property is beautiful and backs up to a nature trail. There’s ample parking too! The tiny home has the greatest porch to watch the wildlife. And once you go inside, you have all the amenities one could ever ask for. The bed is super comfortable. They have chargers and a TV. They even have a kitchenette! The bathroom is also quite roomy for a tiny home. I could not ask for a sweeter host who makes sure everything is right! I will most definitely be back to stay here in February for a wedding. Overall a 10 out of 10!

• Just what I needed for business trip to Durham!

  I recently stayed at this Tiny Treehouse and it was absolutely perfect for my work trip. The location is unbeatable, just minutes from downtown Durham and greater RDU, making it convenient for both business and leisure. The cozy, well-equipped studio provided a peaceful and productive environment with a comfortable workspace and reliable Wi-Fi. The charming neighborhood and nearby amenities added to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone needing a tranquil yet accessible spot in Durham!

  This property and its owners are amazing! We got in late and they had the lights on for us. It is a beautiful little house that fit our needs perfectly and was so quaint, I will be staying there on my next visit to Durham!

• Comfortable and Cozy Tiny Home

  The property was quiet and peaceful and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Close to Duke Hospital, shops and dining on Ninth Street, and downtown Durham. The neighborhood is charming and great for long walks.
