Perfect little home for our stay!!
5/5 Great communication and check in process. Very accommodating when asking for things. Perfect stay for our visit to Duke. Would definitely rent again. Property just as advertised!

5/5 Very clean, beds, pillows and linens very comfortable. Supplies from kitchen to bathroom ample and good quality.
Location was convenient to downtown restaurants,etc.
Parking only in driveway, which was steep, and you need to be carefull when backing out onto Elizabeth Street, but we did not find the street to be that busy.

Perfect Property
5/5 We enjoyed our stay on Elizabeth St! The home is very clean when you first enter which feels like you will be taken take care of right off the bat. The layout is great for a group of 3-5. Large bathrooms/kitchen/ and bedroom. This allowed us to feel like we actually had our own space. Carl is also great! He will text you the day before with the house code and I felt like I could ask him anything. 10/10. We will be renting again soon!
