2/5 No cable on both televisions only DVD movies that are tailored for kids, was not informed about that in description or bring your own wood for fire pit or charcoal for grill, owner was to compensate for inconvenience and they didn't fully honor agreement which was a disappointment even reaching out about it received no response.

We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
-Our listing clearly specifies that we do not offer cable TV in the description; instead, we provide a variety of DVDs suitable for all ages, including popular series like Game of Thrones. Additionally, the DVD player was damaged during your stay, which required us to replace it.
-We supply a bag of charcoal located in the closet with grilling tools next to the porch. The fire pit is stocked with enough wood for a normal-sized fire. We apologize for any confusion regarding this and will actively work to update the description.
-We processed a $50 refund through Evolve, and we have confirmation of this transaction. We also communicated the refund status via email and worked out this resolution with the maintenance team during your stay.
