Begin each day with a piping hot cup of coffee in your vacation rental as you feed the many deer in your very own deer feeding zone. After fueling up, explore Blowing Rock, or simply chill out by the community pool!     Our family took a short weekend trip to Powder Horn Mountain and wanted something in the woods close to Boone. This cabin was exactly what we expected. Nice location in the middle of the community and had a great "cabin in the woods" feel. Owner was very responsive and the cabin was ready to go when we arrived.

    This was a very nice cabin in a beautiful area! We loved the room down stairs with the ping pong table. They made it feel very homey. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

    The Days Mountain Retreat is just that a retreat where we reconnected with family and friends. Powder Mountain is beautiful. The cabin has updated bathrooms and a newly remodeled kitchen. We loved to hike on the trails on the mountain. The weather was perfect. You can also go into Boone. The people are very friendly in town. Excellent breweries, wineries, restaurants and shopping in the area.
