5/5 5/5 House was gorgeous with more than enough space for me and my family. Only complaint was that the master bathroom toilet needed to be clean. Somebody had used it prior to us being there and left something behind.

1/5 Absolutely disgusting. The entire house was filthy and didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. The bathrooms including toilets were nasty. All the HVAC grilles and the filters were completely clogged, the refrigerator and the oven were filthy and the ice maker was broken. The floors and carpets were dirty and stained. The chairs at the kitchen table were broken, a few could not even be sat in. The entire house had a terrible musty smell to it. You could tell that this house had been added on to over the years. Most of the floors were uneven and there were several soft spots as well. I contacted the host upon arriving to inform them of the condition of the house and she did come out to try and assist. She was not the owner, only the host. She did the best she could but most of our party ended up leaving due to the condition of the house. This property should not be listed as a VRBO rental. It is beyond filthy and unsafe.
