A/C was broken
1/5 Upon check-in at around 10pm, we realized the A/C was broken. After contacting the property manager, it was determined they wouldn't be able to fix it and that we couldn't stay at the property. The property manager offered to refund us for the stay but we were left to find alternate accommodations. I had to follow up with the property manager a few days later to make sure they initiated the refund as they had not done so. I am glad they offered the refund but the broken A/C, having to find alternate accommodations at the last minute, and having to follow up to make sure I received a refund added unnecessary stress to our trip.
