cozy home in charlotte
5/5 The property was clean and the perfect size for our family. Kitchen is well stocked and home is cozy. Kids had the bunks with a pull out trunk bed, which worked out well for our 3 older kids. Super easy access to 85 as well as two amazing seafood places just a couple minutes away (lulu's and poboy's low country). My only complaint is that a lot of light went through the window blinds at night. I am sensitive to light, so it made sleeping a bit difficult. Good thing is there's light around at night for safety purposes. I've seen nicer neighborhoods, but we felt safe.

Great Stay for the Price
4/5 Overall very clean, easy check in, comfortable beds, responsive host. My only two complaints are that the neighbors got very loud late one night and the hot tub was not heating up properly. The rain kept us from using it for the trip anyway. Very nice stay with 5 minute commute to downtown Charlotte. Recommend for events in Charlotte.

A bit of a let down
3/5 We chose this property for the family. The jacuzzi is unusable. Dirty and took 40 hours to heat up. Literally 1 degree per hour of heating speed. The ice maker doesn't work. The microwave turntable doesn't work. Closet doors missing. Not what we expected.

-The microwave turntable is operating as intended.
-Our home features a refrigerator with a freezer section, and guests are provided with their own ice packs for freezer storage.
-The bedrooms are designed with open closets, consistent with the depiction in the listing pictures.
-Unfortunately, the extended heating time of the hot tub is influenced by external factors such as extreme cold temperatures, which are beyond our control. Additionally, the outdoor placement of the hot tub during winter further contributes to the prolonged heating process.

Great stay
5/5 Our stay was great we really enjoyed the hospitality provided and we were even allowed to check in a hour early which was great !. The hot tub was clean and warm. The host was extremely helpful and kind definitely recommended
