Close to hospital
3/5 The condo was clean and the guest service agent was helpful with some questions. The shower temp was hard to maintain and the walls are thin, but it filled our needs. In prior VRBO stays, our contact has been the owner. This is our first time with the management company, Evolve. We discovered several fees- like $18/ night plus a $45 booking fee and of course we know about the tax. So for us it really wasn’t close to the $71 / per night cost.

5/5 Great one bedroom right in Chapel Hill. Very nicely updated. Parking right out front. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Comfy bed and full kitchen with everything we needed. Trails and space to walk dog nearby. Felt safe there and was so convenient for grocery store, trips to campus etc.

Convenient location but needs a little tlc
3/5 Fortunately I arrived during the afternoon because there isn't a lot of street lights. I needed a full kitchenette and in unit laundry unit close to a grocery store. This little place checked those boxes. My first impressions of the exterior were not good, preview of inside but i was willing to be open minded to a new type of lodging experience. I didn't have time in my day to allow management to clean, fix or replace issues. Property needs a rehab and deep cleaning.
