We had a 3 night stay over Labor Day weekend. The home was well-appointed and very clean. The host was also very accommodating and allowed for an early check-in. There were a few suggestions for improvement, but overall, it was a great stay.
The rugs with no pads or non-skid backing were a trip hazard. The stove knobs had no markings and made it impossible to know what temperature it was turned to. The pillows on the king size beds were not comfortable. Bathrooms were small. Lighting was not good in the king bedroom nearest the laundry. The best feature was the game room on the lower level. When we first arrived, we could not get the key box to open due to faulty/missing directions. The outdoor trash cans in the closet of the carport were running over when we arrived on Fri and did not get emptied till Mon morning.
We enjoyed our stay in Cashiers and in this property. Our party of 13 had plenty of space and entertainment options and the property is as advertised in the listing. Great location to downtown and hiking trails as well. Communication w/ property manager was quick and easy.

We always love our stay here. This time it was to celebrate a bride to be. The porch is what dreams are made of. We drank coffee out there until it was acceptable to switch to wine. A perfect house for a girls weekend or lots of couples!
