Our Month of March in the elevator.
5/5 This property is unusually configured with functions on 6 different levels supported by a reliable elevator. Each floor provided comfortable and tasteful household services. From the very nice pool table and darts at ground level to the skydeck on the roof with enhanced sea views. This home is very comfortable and quite nicely appointed with most conveniences and features anyone would need. We really liked it and had a lot of fun.

One of the best Thanksgivings ever!
5/5 The property was clean, well stocked, well kept, functional, and exactly as advertised. The managing agent and owner were extremely responsive and made our stay one to remember. If available and they'll have us we'd like to go back again next year...

One of the Best Family Thanksgivings ever!
5/5 Well laid out floor plan, elevator, very well stocked kitchen, extremely clean, fenced in back yard with a great indoor/outdoor games area. Not to mention decorated by someone with great taste. Had questions when we checked in so we emailed the property manager and she responded back to us immediately with answers. During our back and forth I mentioned that overall we were very pleased with the property but that we might not be able to fit our turkey in the oven. Didn't ask them to do anything, told them it was really no big deal, we'd be fine. What did they do? The owner decided to buy a counter top oven to handle a 20 pound turkey and have it overnighted to us. While that was totally unexpected and unnecessary, and it didn't make it to us in time for Thanksgiving dinner, how awesome was that above and beyond response. (Next time I'll tell them the TV's were too small, maybe they'll send an 86" plasma!) Kidding aside, this is a management company and owner that will get future business from my family. Thank you for going the extra mile and making this Thanksgiving one of our best...
Wonderful home at beach!
5/5 Great location, close to bike trail, Fort Fisher, short walk to beach. Like new home with well laid out space...the rooftop terrace is awesome!

Senior Getaway
5/5 The home was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Each of the 4 bedrooms had its own private bathroom. The elevator was very helpful. From the rooftop deck we saw sunrises, sunsets and even a full rainbow. Would definitely stay there again.
