Nice location
3/5 The condo was not as clean as expected the condo needs some updates the owner should get some sheets that don’t have stains on them. Some new towels would help. The little things make a huge difference. The sliding glass doors have no locks on them. The location was awesome.

4/5 Condo is in a good location. Needs updating as the furniture and beds are not comfortable. Front and back sliding glass doors need to be replaced as they do not lock and it took both of us to get it open. If the door to the patio hadn’t locked we would have left. Patio needs a good cleaning as it is covered in sand and bird poop from a nest.

Good location
3/5 I will give 3 stars. The location is great, easy to locate. Convenient. Walking distance from beach. Less than 2 miles walk to boardwalk. However it lacks cleanliness. Couple of blinds in bedroom were broken. The sliding doors may require little maintenance. Sofa cushions in living room looks rusty. Bath towels had smoking smell. Other than clean linens/towels, no complains.

Great location
3/5 It was a wonderful location and overall a good pkace. It could however use some updating along with some basic creature comforts. Needs cutting boards, more silverware. Sliding doors were nearly impossible for my fiance to open and they wouldn't lock. Venetian blinds are in need of replacement, pivket loose on deck. A bit of paint along base and shoe mold would do wonders. Looks like some renovations have been underway, and just upfeading the 2 sliding glass doors, and paint this would be a perfect spot.
