Quiet Pretty Location
5/5 Easy access to groceries. 20 minutes to Asheville or Biltmore. Beautiful deck with clean hot tub. A fire pit located down the steps of deck. Plenty of room for guests to spread out. Towels for hot tub use. Large kitchen table doubles as a great place to put puzzles together. Owner was very accessible by phone and texting and tended our entry glitch from a couple hours away. We had no more issue with keyless entry. Large fridge easily took care of food for 8 people. Beds were comfortable. The mountains were a treat for us and their beauty surrounds the town of Candler.

5/5 There were six of us staying in this house and everything was fantastic! The space was comfortable, clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be back!

Good but a little TLC and upkeep would make it Great
4/5 Me and my family enjoyed the location (quiet and close to Asheville) and the layout of the house. Very comfortable and roomy, both inside and outside.
Some issues that need to be addressed: The hot tub was not working when we got there and my email to the owner, asking if she knew any way to fix it, was not answered.
We also noted that a kitchen light did not work, even after changing the light bulb. Additional waste cans are needed in upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. A few door handles need to be fixed, one on the kitchen drawer and one on the upstairs closet.
The outdoor chairs that surround the outdoor fire place are in need of repair. The living room carpet has a tripping hazard as the corner near the door is permanently up. That could be fixed by turning the carpet around. We also felt like a few additional pots are needed in the kitchen. These items are easily fixed and would vastly improve the house. We would stay here again, especially if these items were fixed, as we really enjoyed the house and the location.
