  Had a great time! Great location! Great amenities! The hornets and Bees were overwhelming at times on the back deck. Loved the creek! Definitely would stay again!

  We traveled from Ohio with 2 little ones and found the cabin had roaches. Couldn’t reach the owner so I dealt with VRBO and the owner did give us a full refund. Not sure what the situation was but for us it was a terrible experience. We left the cabin immediately the next day and moved to a beautiful house in waynesville. Maybe just something the owner didn’t know about but I have to say overall the house was not cleaned properly. I hate to give bad reviews but I really hope before she’s lets anyone else stay here she makes sure the house is properly cleaned and roach free. I read all the good reviews before I booked so I’m not sure what happened. Like I said, we did get a full refund so I’m hoping this was just as surprising for the owner as it was for us.

• Perfect for families with kids!

  Well-appointed and comfortable cabin! Highlights: kids splashing in the creek and morning coffee with my feet in the creek! Delightful game room loft, Relaxing hot tub, quiet, safe area. Loved tubing at Deep Creek! 15 minutes to Bryson City, 25 mins to Deep Creek, 30 mins to Oconoluftee Visitors Center which is so cool! Highly recommend!

• Perfect Mountain Cabin

  We loved our stay at Creekside Cabin! The picturesque cabin was perfect for our group of 7 - our family of 5 (kids ages 15, 13, and 4) plus 2 grandparents. There are so many little, thoughtful touches in the cabin that made this a great stay. Beautiful outdoor property, quiet and perfectly secluded, tucked beside a babbling creek. Our kids loved the game room and our whole family took advantage of the large hot tub.

  During our stay, we enjoyed the Deep Creek Trail hike, a family-friendly trail with waterfalls and then hit downtown Bryson City (about 25 minutes away) for food trucks, a brewery, ice cream, and shops. We would love to come again! Thank you for the memories!
