PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 575 Turtle Springs Rd, Bryson City, NC 28713
- From Highway 74:
- Take Exit 67 toward Bryson City (Veterans Boulevard)
- At the second stoplight, turn left onto Highway 19 South (Walgreens on right, at the turn)
- Travel 1.1 miles (Ingles Grocery on left, Mark's Garage on right just before the turn)
- Turn right onto Old US Highway 19
- Make the first right, Buckner Branch, and travel 4 miles (note that Buckner Branch will become Laurel Branch)
- Stay on Laurel Branch and at the fork, bear left (Round Top Road is to the right)
- Watch for a small monument sign on the left that reads 'Fontana Ridge Private Property'
- Turn left onto Fontana Ridge Road, a one-lane paved road
- Travel 2/10 of a mile and at the fork, bear right, onto Turtle Springs Road
- Travel 0.5 miles (past Lone Oak Drive on left), look for the entry gate with river rock columns

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The gate code is 8805# (Please make sure you press the '#' button before you enter the numbers)
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 1672
- Please inform Dale of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take trash to the dumpsters located on Highway 19
- Directions to the dumpsters: Follow Buckner Branch road to the yield sign and take a right, then go to the stop sign and take another right. The dumpsters will be on the right
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please turn thermostat to 67 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Due to local wildlife, food and trash should not be left outdoors
- Must be at least 22 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
