Excellent location
4/5 My wife and I and two friends stayed here Thursday through Saturday in May. Our overall impression of the property was great. Excellent location and white squirrels were seen multiple times which we loved! The furnishings in the home were dated and at first the smell of "old" was rather strong but we either got used to it or it went away. Not a game changer though. The third bathroom is downstairs so if you have mobility issues is not ideal but thankfully we didn't and it wasn't a problem. Overall the location of this property couldn't have been better and we had a wonderful time "chasing waterfalls" and exploring Brevard.

Recent stay for Mt biking and hiking
4/5 Over all a Very good location, close to town yet quiet and private. Large home was great to accommodate the 5 of us with plenty of space. The screen porch was nice on rainy days. Needed a few more storage options in the bedrooms, hooks for the bathrooms and a gas grill would be helpful.

Perfect Homebase
5/5 Booked this house for our annual escape from the kids weekend. Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but convenient to downtown and great launching point for some amazing hikes in Pisgah. Beds were comfy and house was stocked well. We will be back for sure, kids in tow next time!

Great
5/5 This was everything I hoped for. Spacious, clean, with a huge backyard. The few little hiccups I had on my stay were handled promptly and professionally. I was able to safely walk to Brevard College and downtown. I had to take the long way, but it only tacked on about a tenth of a mile. Walking to the college was along a dirt road, but it worked.
