Perfect for families and fur babies!
5/5 The house was perfect for me and my husband, our son and his family. We also had our fur babies and the screened in porch and backyard was perfect and that’s where we spent most of our time when we weren’t hiking and enjoying downtown. It looked like the kitchen was well equipped, but in our case we treated ourselves to the local restaurants. The Morning Social is a short walk and a must for breakfast. Great location for everything that we were looking for. The management company was quick on responding to any questions we had. Can’t wait to go back to this charming little town!

Amazing Location!
5/5 The house was cute and very clean. Location was amazing as it was an easy walk to downtown and less than a block to the Lumber District. Owner's were very responsive and easy to work with. I will definitely rent this house again!

Comfy downtown bungalow
5/5 Well appointed home, right in the lumberyard.
Very clean, lots of space. Nice yard and covered porch.

Brief Stay in Brevard
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at this property in Brevard. The locations is very convenient. We enjoyed walking to downtown as well as nearby restaurants and breweries. The house was cute and everything we needed for our extended weekend in Brevard. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit Brevard in the future.
