3/5 Driveway access is a joke. Very old house and it shows. Multiple lights did not work. Dead bugs on window sills. Super small kitchen and one drawer would not open unless you opened the dishwasher door first. Microwave light not working. Hodgepodge of utensils. Lights above dining room table are so dim, like eating in the dark. Actually ate dinner by flashlight twice. Family room floor very obviously sloping/sinking. Came back from a hike/shopping day to find thermostat set to 60 and temperature at 62 inside the house while outside temp was 29. Took hours to warm up.I would not stay here again.

- We didn’t hear from you during your stay—had we known about these concerns, we would’ve done our best to take care of them right away.
- We’ve addressed the cleaning comments with our team to ensure areas like window sills and lighting are being checked more thoroughly between each stay.
- There are extra bulbs in the home for guest use, but we’ll also be updating the dining room lighting to make that space feel brighter and more comfortable.
- We’re having the thermostat checked to make sure it’s working properly, and we’re not sure about the reference to a sloping floor, as no details were provided and we’ve never received similar feedback—but we’ll take a closer look to be safe.
