Just What We Needed!
5/5 My family and I stayed here for 4th of July week. It was balmy and low humidity and we spent a great deal of time out on this gorgeous home’s exterior deck. It is perfectly nestled among the forest, and I loved sitting there listening to the wind rustle through the leaves. The home itself is clean, charming and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked, although we did add (and leave) a few more items. We had plenty of room for our family of 8, plus our beloved fur baby. We enjoyed being tucked away but also only a 15 minute drive to downtown Boone. We also easily explored Blowing Rock and Tweetsie Railroad, and took the Blue Ridge Parkway down to Grandfather Mountain from there as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year!

Winter storm Elliot
5/5 We arrived with 25 mph winds @ -5 degrees. The property mgr Mr. Ricky and his team had the place looking very nice with a small fire going. The house was well equipped with cookware and supplies. The owners and Ricky checked in on us via text to make sure we were in good shape. The place is very beautiful and we highly recommend putting it on your list of places to stay. Thanks again
