Great location for planned activities
5/5 The pictures were an accuate depiction. You could not ask for a cleaner property. Ample parking, propery close to anything that you have planned at ASU or surrounding area. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious.

Comfortable and convenient!
5/5 Finding a rental in downtown boone with four bedrooms, and all king beds was unbelievable! The house was perfect in every way and our contact Stephanie went above and beyond for us when we had a request. We have rented through Evolve a handful of times and we are always impressed!
