4/5 If u r looking for some space to sleep and cook this will fit those needs. Nothing fancy but clean enough. Had a comfortable stay. Bedroom not great for a light sleeper because of the traffic lights and sounds 30ft outside windows. Not a very busy road so not too disruptive.
